適用范圍: 本文件規(guī)定了用氣相色譜法測定主流煙氣中總顆粒物中尼古丁的方法。香煙的吸煙和主流煙霧的收集是根據(jù)ISO 4387進(jìn)行的。注：ISO 20778和ISO 22253提供了強(qiáng)烈吸煙條件下煙霧中尼古丁的測定方法。 This document specifies a method for the gas-chromatographic determination of nicotine in total particulate matter from the mainstream smoke. The smoking of cigarettes and the collection of mainstream smoke are carried out according to ISO 4387. NOTE ISO 20778 and ISO 22253 provide the determination method of nicotine in smoke with an intense smoking regime.
